After the rains, mild weather allowed the remaining grapes to hang through October, giving winemakers time to achieve perfect ripeness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWinemakers are calling 2022 \"the tale of two harvests,\" as they had to decide whether to pick early before the heatwave or wait for phenolic maturity—crucial for crafting wines with full body and complexity. Not every vineyard performed at its best in this challenging vintage, but our winemakers worked tirelessly to strike the perfect balance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe always aim to produce the world’s fairest Cabernet.
